Summer time in France. At a cruising spot for gay men seeking nameless sexual encounters, tucked away on the shores of a picturesque secluded lake, handsome Franck falls for the sexy Michel - lust at first sight! Unfortunately for Franck, Michel's jealous lover is also a regular at the spot, and the two men are unable to act on their shared lust. But besides being virile and seductive, Michel is also a potentially lethal man. Franck has witnessed this first hand, but his desire for Michel overrides any sense of personal safety, and this is a relationship he must have at any cost. Stranger by the Lake is a provocative thriller which combines a very Gallic straightforwardness around the portrayal of full frontal nudity and explicit sex, with a sensitive examination of lust, loneliness, and intimacy, and the risks that we might all take in the pursuit of our desires. This austere and compelling erotic thriller will have you questioning your own emotional and erotic values systems and judgements!
