Gay Tales from Emerald City (Stories)

'Emerald City' is the name of a play about Sydney, written by the renowned playwright David Williamson (with the original being the home of the fabled Wizard of Oz, of course). Sydney-based author Anthony Morris has chosen to base these connected tales in our fabled, fabulous city. 'A Model Son' tells the story of Campbell, a handsome, wealthy, international, male model : how he comes into the world, more or less by accident, and how he manages sexually to deal with his later physical imperfections and also survive the almost suffocating love of his mother, Adele. A few of the many other characters follow into the next story - 'Robert Times Three' - which is about the misadventures of a seventeen year old boy who arrives in Sydney from a small country town.
