Eric, a former hockey player turned sportscaster, and Sam, a sports lawyer, have been in a committed relationship for four years, and everything is going just fine. But when Sam has to take care of his nephew Scot after a family tragedy, their life is thrown into complete disarray. The problem is, Eric never wanted kids. And 11-year-old Scot is not just any kid. When he arrives and they find inside his duffel bag one pink musical hairbrush, two plastic containers of beads and faux-gold chains, a pink poodle belt, and four pairs of white sock-ettes with lacy fringe at the top, they realize Scot is more out of the closet then they are, even though he does not know it yet! This heartwarming, funny and uplifting film was a hit at this year's Queer Screen Film festival, and stars Thomas Cavanagh ('Ed' from the TV series of the same name). Adapted from the book by Michael Downing.
